By placing an order with Chromaprints, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't place an order.

We print 3D objects on demand. Typical turnaround: 2 to 5 business days. Pickup in Quebec City or local delivery.

You pay at pickup or delivery. Interac or cash. No advance payment required.

If you're not happy with the result, we reprint it for free or you don't pay. That simple.

Not applicable if you change your mind on a print that matches your order (right color, right file, right dimensions).

If you send us a design, you own the rights. You give us a non-exclusive license just to print it for you. We keep nothing, we resell nothing.

Catalog models: sourced from royalty-free community libraries (Thingiverse, Printables, etc.). We claim no rights over them.

Maximum size: 256 × 256 × 256 mm.
We may refuse any order that is illegal, dangerous, or against our values (weapons, counterfeits, etc.).

These terms may change. When it's an important change, we'll announce it. The last-updated date is at the bottom.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Quebec City.
