On respecte ta vie privée. Voici, en clair, ce qu'on collecte et pourquoi.
What we collect
- Your name (first name only), phone number, email.
- Photos you send us to describe your project.
- 3D files (.stl, .obj, .3mf) you upload.
- Your order history.
- Essential cookies only: cart, language preference, session. No ad tracking, no data resale.
Why
- To print what you order and text you when it's ready.
- To reach you if we have a question about your order.
- To ask for a review after delivery (optional — you can say no).
How long we keep it
- Order data: 7 years (Quebec tax requirement).
- Idea photos: until you ask us to delete them.
- Phone numbers after SMS unsubscribe: deleted within 30 days.
Your rights under Bill 25
Quebec's Bill 25 gives you clear rights over your personal information. You can:
- See everything we have about you.
- Correct any errors.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Unsubscribe from SMS by replying STOP to any message.
- File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you're not satisfied with our response.
Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Access is limited to Oli (the operator). We use encryption in transit and we don't share anything with third parties, except what's strictly necessary to deliver the service (for example, the SMS provider that sends your order notifications).
Data breach
If a breach ever happens (we hope not), we'll text or email you within 72 hours, and we'll notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, as the law requires.
